Lovely ground floor, two-bedroom apartment in an amazing location next to the Parador Hotel It is all about location with our delightful El Califa apartment! A ground floor, two-bedroom apartment with private terrace leading to the communal garden and pool area. The apartment is in a small block located right next to the Parador Hotel - just a short walk from Burriana Beach and the historic centre of Nerja. There are ample restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and shops within a short walk. This ground floor apartment has a separate fully fitted kitchen and delightful open plan lounge and dining area. A small hallway leads to the bathroom with bath and overhead shower. There are 2 good sized bedrooms both with fitted wardrobes, one with king-size double bed and the other with twin beds. From the lounge there are patio doors leading on to the private terrace with garden furniture from where there is direct access down to the communal garden and pool area. Facilities include an oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, safe, free wifi, TV with international channels, air-conditioning in the living room. The apartment has access to shared washing machines. There are four car parking spaces for the 10 apartments which are available on a first come first served basis and free parking in the surrounding streets. The communal pool measures 12 x 5 m with depths from 1.2 to 1.8m and is open year round. All rentals include bed linen and towels which are changed weekly for stays over 10 nights. End of stay cleaning is also included. We have a range of optional services available at an additional cost and subject to availability - including welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping, taxi transfers and pets (on request) ...
